How The Mayne Picture handles contact form submissions, inquiry details, analytics signals, and third-party links.

Plain terms for a small artist site: contact, art, merch, press assets, and site usage.

Information collected

When you use the contact form, the site may collect your name, email, inquiry type, subject, timeline, budget or scope, links, reply preference, message, and whether you asked for private updates.

The form also includes a hidden spam-prevention field. If that hidden field is filled, the submission may be ignored as automated spam.

How it is used

Inquiry details are used to reply to booking, art, press, music, visual, merch, or collaboration requests.

If you opt into updates, your contact details may be used for occasional private updates about music, drops, visuals, or events. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Form delivery

Submissions may be routed through email or webhook providers used to deliver the message to Charlie Mayne or The Mayne Picture collaborators.

If the form endpoint is unavailable, the site may offer an email draft fallback so you can still send the inquiry from your own email client.

Analytics and ads

The site may use privacy-respecting analytics or advertising pixels to understand visits, page performance, and completed contact actions.

The Mayne Picture does not sell personal information. Third-party services may process limited technical data according to their own policies.

Third-party links

The site links to services like Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, Shazam, Seven Days, Bandcamp, and external source pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Questions or removal requests can be sent through the Contact page.
